Xubuntu 12.04 - Improve Icon Set

Xubuntu 12.04 is pretty ugly in my opinion, and this tutorial will help you try and fix that by changing your icon set so that it may look something like this:

Run these commands:

mkdir ~/.icons
wget http://art.gnome.org/download/themes/icon/1100/ICON-DroplineNeu.tar.bz2
tar -xvjf ICON-DroplineNeu.tar.bz2
mv Neu ~/.icons
rm ICON-DroplineNeu.tar.bz2
gtk-update-icon-cache -f -t ~/.icons/Neu
Open up your settings manager, click on 'appearance', go to fonts, and select the Neu as shown here:
