May services, such as WHMCS, require IonCube to be installed to a webserver in order to run and install them. This is how you can install IonCube in CentOS6.4
yum -y install https://www6.atomicorp.com/channels/atomic/centos/6/x86_64/RPMS/atomic-release-1.0-16.el6.art.noarch.rpm
yum -y install php-ioncube-loader
service httpd restart
yum -y install php-ioncube-loader
service httpd restart
